Infinite, SHINee and B2ST are "household" names in Korea. Meaning everybody and their mothers know them. The same can't be said for certain other groups that are more popular outside of Korea. Infinite lacks international popularity, but they're huge in Asia. BTS, Exo and a couple other groups have lots of international popularity. But take BTS for example- most people in Korea don't know them/ they're not as well known in the public. So yes, Infinite is very talented and Korea definitely knows it. It's just international fans who don't know it. SHINee, Infinite and B2ST are 3 of the most peopluar boy groups in Korea. The top Korean boy group ranking is usually like this: - Big Bang, Exo, Super Junior TVXQ - SHINee, Infinite, B2ST So Infinite falls into the "2nd tier" with SHINee and B2ST. I hope that explained some of it. Especially since Infinite gained new fans with their comeback, I've noticed a lot of new Inspirits who kept wondering why Infinite aren't as popular as some other groups. As I mentioned, they don't have a huge international fanbase- but that's really the only thing they lack. They have all other types of recognition from Korea and Asia. And because there are new Inspirits, it's a good sign that their international fanbase is slowly increasing. If you're a new Inspirit as well, then you're one of them. So thank you for noticing our boys and supporting them. We hope there are more fans who can discover them and love them the way we do. ^.^
