Yeah, Itachi has the tsukuyomi, Amaterasu and Sasuke has Amaterasu and flame control (he can extinguish the Amaterasu and manipulate it)

@@Lauralei_Wolf Itachi could extinguish it as well. He extinguished the Amaterasu on Sasuke's Orochimaru substitution style. Sasuke just had much better control over Amaterasu since it was his main thing.
