Whats funny is that Neji was 100% correct. The people who become Hokage were destined to be that, and that was Naruto moreso than anyone. Royal lineage, immense chakra monster boosting his power, Sage techniques learned, and 6 Paths Sage techniques stacked on top, all because of Indra & Ashura.
