I struggled so hard too, look closely at the platforms placement when she starts the timer, and the pattern she moves in. Once I got the hang of it i cleared it in a few attempts.

idk if you were having the same problem as me but I spent like 30 minutes failing at the 2nd ladder jump only to figure out that I didnt even need to do the ability outfit and that she jumps higher if you hold the jump button instead of tapping it, you can see it charging up in the jumping icon
