It's like those computer rigs and computer mice with all the lights on them, yeah they look cool the first time you see it but, it's a box, how long are you going to stare at a box? Now if the vehicle had less gaudy led strip lights, dropped all the joker crap, and had a twin pair of retractable 7.62mm auto-cannons that can articulate and thermal targeting, it would be both really cool and really illegal.
