Thanks for another honest, great review. At 6k it makes it hard for the average Joe with a family to justify the expense when added to the cost of a decent thermal scope. I think at those costs I'll have to put up with my traditional scope and keep nailing those ferals.

Definitely not in the price range of most people (me included) but for those that can afford it I’d say it’s definitely a candidate worth considering.

What's the go with the IR night vision at night?? Is it damaged? My old pard works a treat compared to that..... Confused.....

It does work but doesn’t seem to be as sensitive as a dedicated infrared scope for some reason. 🤷

I think you have to change the visible camera to "Night" mode by pressing Down and Menu at once to enable the camera to pick up light from the IR torch. Otherwise, the IR Cut filter will be in place for a colour image which is why you didn't have good results there.

For $6,500, they are disappointing in night vision and live data feed.

Yes agreed. I’m not sure what they were intending the NV to be used for but I think probably for day time use but even then I find them not quite as clear as they could be. The thermal does shine though and that is what I mostly use it for.

The video quality is excellent but yes the audio is pretty shocking
