I'm impressed with your thinking outside the box with how you formed the tubes I have used plastic pipe. I've done quick and dirty molds for projects both on the job and personal projects. I think the skin is a bit light but again I use to build fiberglass boats and parts for a living.

I was going to say something similar regarding the skin and joins to be a bit light. For the join for the Hull base with the ducky tube , I would of used and entire sheet across the width instead of small strips, as with any home fibreglassing job, de-lamination will occur over time and stronger joins will help reduce that.

Nice design.... But you can improve it's boyouncy and prevent from sinking. If that thing gets punctured, the boat might sink because it's one big air... or water... container. You can section the chicken wire mesh hull's interior with several closed/sealed empty 8-to-10 liter plastic water bottles. You put those empty water bottles inside the chicken wire mesh, and then you seal it with fiberglass. In case it gets punctured, the boat will stay afloat since the other airtight bottles won't take in water. But if the fiberglass resin will affect or melt the plastic bottles, then the plastic bottles should be wrapped in several layers of paper before encasing them with the chicken wire mesh and fiberglass.

Powinieneś używać wałka malarskiego odpornego na żywicę poliestrową i epoksydową zamiast pędzla. Będzie szybciej i wygodniej. Do żywicy używaj pojemnika z obciętego pojemnika po oleju samochodowym. If it gets punctured, it'll sink. You need to put several empty 8-to-10 liter plastic water bottles inside the U-shaped hull. Wrap the bottles with several layers of paper before putting it in the chicken wire mesh... Fiberglass resin might affect or melt the plastic bottles so wrapping them up in paper would prevent the melting. In case it gets punctured, the other airtight bottles will keep the boat afloat.

If he doesn't have the debubbler (otherwise it'll get holes and sink), he just need to insert several empty 10 liter plastic bottles within the wire mesh. Plastic bottles will keep it afloat. Needs to wrap the plastic bottles in several layers of newspapers so that fiberglass resin won't affect the plastic bottles.

Dear BKS Creative...... question for you sir? do you feel this is a high strength way to use fiberglass & I ask b/c I don't know much about glass.
