Got my Kuda 126 out for the first time today for a single point access on a local river that is very low. It's amazing how shallow it drafts and how easy it is to get moving. I've heard Jeff and others say it, but you have to experience the way it floats on top of the water to truly understand how different it is from rotomolded kayaks.

Without a doubt! And paddling upcurrent is amazing since it drafts so shallow!

I’m looking forward to seeing your video on reinforcing the pontoons to protect from fish fins. Is that coming soon?

Hopefully! Got a family medical issue going on right now that is needing our attention. Hopefully I can get back to full swing soon!

What's the name of the other glue you mentioned in the vid (the stuff in the container with a lid)?

H&H PVC cement. That and Clinton's were the adhesives recommended by NRS. On those you put it on both the patch and the boat and wait 3 to 5 minutes for it to get tacky then it is like putting contact paper on. A little easier to deal with but I'd still strap it down to put pressure on the patch while curing!

Hey, I noticed something. Did you add extra traction pad to your Kuda?
@ChrisFunktheFeralOne29 күн бұрын
Yes, I put the pad there so I wasn't standing on the rings for the seat. It helps a lot!

@ nice. I will do the same. Do you ever deflate and pack up your kuda? Is it still possible to do that with pad on?
@ChrisFunktheFeralOne29 күн бұрын
@Beyondthebite2024 yes it is, no problem with the extra pas.
