I'm canning taco meat and some potato soup base as I watch your videos. Been planting, harvesting, drying, and storing loads of herbs. Tomatoes took a hit from a neighbor spraying his ranch gates with weed killer via drone. My tomato and some okra plants are toast. But, I'm replanting since I get a second planting season here in Texas. Fixing to switch over to planting fall plants, start fall plants, and harvest my potatoes. I'm really excited about fall gardening this year. I built 4 raised beds out of pallets this year. Plan to make mini greenhouses on top for longer growing season in the winter. Excited to see your harvests!

"nothing is made to last anymore" is indeed the problem. That Bradley, sitting in the depot, will not need to be replaced. And that is a problem! The families that profit from replacing that Bradley need it to be destroyed so they can produce and sell another. It is no accident that the Bradleys are being destroyed. That's the point of the exercise. Now on dry packing potatoes, I am not upset that you are dry packing. Your potatoes, your family. I know that everyone loves green beans but I do not. I like yellow (wax) beans and you should try them. I grew up on a farm in Maine and sold vegetables for our living. most tmes, when it was time for supper, there were no green beans left so we(7 brothers and sisters and I) always ate the yellow beans. Now all but one of us prefers yellow. I grew up in the 1960s into early 70s.

So weird that people call it "rebel" canning. Psh, it's nothing sort of rebellious, it's Traditional canning. I love how people freak out over waterbathing everything when the US is the ONLY country who uses pressure canners lol.

Tanker here. I’ve always thought you could send tanks and end this real quick . Huge pucker factor would be mud. And there’s lot of it.

You're absolutely correct about inflation. Remember these two things: At 3%, inflation is NOT going down, it's just increasing more slowly. And ofc this is all based on their bogus calculations. Second the inflation is all compared on a YOY basis. We are now comparing our rate of inflation to the extremely high numbers of 2022. Since you compare to higher numbers, the percentage is lower. But the real dollar increases are still high. Great video, thank you.
