Increase in per capita will increase the purchasing power of a person i.e. he will be able to purchase on more competitive price. More people will do the same and it will cause the hike in price.

Hold savings in gold. Govts cant print gold. Countries with higher corruption have higher inflation since newly printed govt money goes to corrupt officials and companies or friends. Banks have power to print money into existence by making new loans to their friends. Later when they dont pay back, govt bails them out to save corrupt banks. Communities should start their own banks (getting a license to loan/create money) rather than use big corrupt banks.

Also I think young population will have high housing and education demands which imcrease cost. But India should have good growth long term especially if corruption can be reduced.
