You are so welcome! Usually the post can stay up for as long as they want. Most Instagram shelf life of a post is 1-3 days. But they can’t reshare it or reuse it on any platform without a contractural agreement

Usually i just put the Base rates! You need to find out Length of exclusivity and usage in order to calculate it

Usually I don’t do per platform if it’s all digital usage. I charge differently if it’s print, tv or billboards! But if it’s all digital just charge per month us have

When you’re a beginner creator, letting brands use your content does help with exposure but read the contract! Make sure it’s for socials only and for a time frame.
