Agreed, it should be considered as attempted murder. Calling the swat to a person house for any reason means the police have a good reason to believe the person of interest is a danger to themselves or others and they will use lethal force if threatened, naturally a person being swatted with no idea what's going on is going to panic and this could make a officer feel threatened and exercise their right to fire it should be considered a form of attempted murder and punished as such

@@rosemadder5547 I'll just copy @kathryncumberland's comment: That's actually not the case. In Tennessee, just like most other states, police can ask all they want, but the citizen only has to present ID if the officer has RAS (reasonable, articulable suspicion) that you have committed, are committing, or about to be committing a crime. Also, while the police may tell you differently, it’s 100% legal to film police interactions in Tennessee if you don’t interfere with their activities. And Tennessee is a one-party consent state, so they can't pull that "I don't consent to being filmed" crap. If police in Tennessee demand ID without having RAS or demand that you stop filming and arrest you when you refuse to do either or both of these things, you will have a case for violations of the Fourth Amendment (for the illegal seizure) and the First Amendment (for freedom of speech and of the press).

"Subscribed" Well done. I don't know Fousey from his Internetting but rather, his performances in 2 Madea movies. I endured an extended hospitalization last year and just happened to see those movies and he was arguably entertaining. I actually thought he was an established actor. He's clearly not well and personally, I do wish him well.

So glad I never heard of any of these people and will now endeavor to quickly forget them now that I have.

I've seen the one about fousy several times on YT, but there was some content you covered and explained that I've never seen before about this incident. Thank you double V (if you don't mind me calling you that)! The other channels didn't address the fact about the fake man with a gun prank. Like Will Ferral said, "What An IDIOT"! LOL
