people have been doing it forever by this point. When general US culture surrounded black culture and rap culture that includes crime despite people wanting to ignore its true. Crime becomes cool. Then you go to jail with no money for however long and its no longer fun. They get rewarded for it all. Why wouldn't you?

False SWAT calls should be punishable
@FatManJerry
@FatManJerry 10 ай бұрын
Agreed, it should be considered as attempted murder. Calling the swat to a person house for any reason means the police have a good reason to believe the person of interest is a danger to themselves or others and they will use lethal force if threatened, naturally a person being swatted with no idea what's going on is going to panic and this could make a officer feel threatened and exercise their right to fire it should be considered a form of attempted murder and punished as such

@@rosemadder5547 I'll just copy @kathryncumberland's comment: That's actually not the case. In Tennessee, just like most other states, police can ask all they want, but the citizen only has to present ID if the officer has RAS (reasonable, articulable suspicion) that you have committed, are committing, or about to be committing a crime. Also, while the police may tell you differently, it’s 100% legal to film police interactions in Tennessee if you don’t interfere with their activities. And Tennessee is a one-party consent state, so they can't pull that "I don't consent to being filmed" crap. If police in Tennessee demand ID without having RAS or demand that you stop filming and arrest you when you refuse to do either or both of these things, you will have a case for violations of the Fourth Amendment (for the illegal seizure) and the First Amendment (for freedom of speech and of the press).

It quite literally was. He was called for a (not even proven to be true) noise disturbance, needlessly escalated the situation (you do not need to state your name if a police officer comes to YOUR house and there's no suspicion of a crime having been committed, he completely ignored the complaint about his neighbor stalking him, illegally arrested him AND didn't even let him lock the door on the way out which let to his property being broken and stolen. If this is not lawsuit material then I don't know what is.

In the United States (every single one of them), if there is not reasonable suspicion that a person has committed a crime, is committing a crime, or is about to commit a crime, the person is not required to identify himself or herself. So, Mr. Big could not only sue for wrongful arrest, but any loss incurred from the robbery PLUS punitive damages.

I had full access to the Internet at 12 back in 2013 when the Internet wasn't so bad and all I would watch was craft and origami content on youtube. And I had full access because my parents knew I wasn't watching anything dangerous. I think they mostly let me do whatever because I'm a good kid with good values. As in I always respected my parents and wasn't a potential danger to anyone.

That second guy getting arrested in his own home for not identifying himself is unconstitutional. There was no crime committed so he shouldn’t have to ID himself. He should have spoken to the cop with respect but respectfully decline any further communication with the police unless they have a warrant

How pathetic that some people feel like they have to annoy and harass other people live on the internet to get attention and make themselves feel worthwhile.Most of these streamers should be assessed in a mental facilty and if found to be unstable ,medicated to the extent that they don't know what day it is.

You said some of these people committed a victimless crime. How would you feel if they did that to your mom, sister or daughter. You don't know what those women have gone through in their past. To have a strange man come up to them and be harrassed by someone like him is frightening! They all deserved to be arrested.

Those cops arresting Mr big for failure to ID opened themselves to a major lawsuit. That’s a secondary charge, only after you’ve been arrested for a primary crime.

"Subscribed" Well done. I don't know Fousey from his Internetting but rather, his performances in 2 Madea movies. I endured an extended hospitalization last year and just happened to see those movies and he was arguably entertaining. I actually thought he was an established actor. He's clearly not well and personally, I do wish him well.

I've seen the one about fousy several times on YT, but there was some content you covered and explained that I've never seen before about this incident. Thank you double V (if you don't mind me calling you that)! The other channels didn't address the fact about the fake man with a gun prank. Like Will Ferral said, "What An IDIOT"! LOL
