He was called for a (not even proven to be true) noise disturbance, needlessly escalated the situation (you do not need to state your name if a police officer comes to YOUR house and there's no suspicion of a crime having been committed, he completely ignored the complaint about his neighbor stalking him, illegally arrested him AND didn't even let him lock the door on the way out which let to his property being broken and stolen.
