I’m truly fascinated by how Steve uses his passions to fuel his intellect. Perfect harmony.

He knew the perfect time to pivot out of the music industry and into tech startups. He should be serving as an advisor on one government committee or ward with the ability we had to disseminate information in this manner.

Steve was sharing knowledge and advocating for implementation of this knowledge with everyone in the room subconsciously. No one was really paying attention to this genius. George and the rest of the room were at a digital disruption the entire interview. Reminds me of that scene with Jordan Belfort (Leonardo Dicaprio) in the film, "The Wolf of WallStreet" where he encourages the audience to sell him the pen in his hand.

He stated it....start it at 13 minutes and do yourself a favor! Now look at big record labels.....and the idea of A&R is dead. Man this guy has a mind that has to be around decision makers.

its not always a case of them not seeing the change in culture, sometimes they don't like what they see and so ignore it to protect their own interests.

It's a mixture of both in a way because they want to protect what's theirs they choose to ignore but as a tactic of war always states it's important to know what you're protecting and away from what and who, so they want to protect but forget to inspect what they are ignoring which leads to them falling but I think many new companies are realising this and making moves to tackle competition and new trends

Steve is a great man. But I still feel he should continue his work with rappers mostly and advise them on how to invest their money instead of buying expensive chains and throwing money at strip clubs...mpst of these rappers are really childish with their money
