Yep. The governor of Colorado signed a law earlier this year to make it easier for illegals to get drivers licenses. The Colorado SoS has promised anybody with a state ID will get a mail in ballot. The Colorado Governor also has told state law enforcement to NOT pull over cars with expired or missing tags. Every hotel and motel in Colorado is packed full of illegals living on the tax payers' dime, parking lots are full of stolen cars with no or expired tags and they will all get mail in ballots sent to them and those ballots will be 'harvested' by the DNC to ensure Colorado stays blue. It's called "The Colorado Model" and it's been used since 2008 to 'fortify' elections.

At the end of the count, the tally would therefore be 232 for Trump, 222 for Biden. Alternatively, VP Pence determines that because multiple electors were appointed from the 7 states but not counted because of ongoing election disputes, neither candidate has the necessary 270 elector votes, throwing the election to the House. IF the Republicans in the State Delegations stand firm, the vote there is 26 states for Trump, 23 for Biden, and 1 split vote. TRUMP WINS. VP Pence determines that the ongoing election challenges must conclude before ballots can be counted, and adjourns the joint session of Congress, determining that the time restrictions in the Electoral County Act are contrary to his authority under the 12th Amendment and therefore void. Taking the cue, state legislatures convene, order a comprehensive audit/investigation of the election returns in their states, and then determine whether the slate of electors initially certified is valid, or whether the alternative slate of electors should be certified by the legislature, exercise authority it has directly from Article II and also from 3 U.S.C. § 2, which provides: "Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct." If ... the investigation proves to the satisfaction of the legislature that there was sufficient fraud and illegality to affect the results of the election, the Legislature certifies the Trump electors. I’m sorry for your loss but facts matter. ABC 6 News pulled the fatal crash report from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. It indicated Kathy Heaton, 71, was in the middle of a dark roadway with no streetlights before 6 a.m. on a rainy day in December. The report stated an "improper crossing" on Heaton's part contributed to the crash. RELATED |Springfield schools evacuated two buildings Friday morning; middle school closed The driver, who was not charged, was reportedly in a straight path on the two-lane road, not distracted and driving the speed limit when he hit Heaton. Officers verified that the driver was insured. The report made no indication of expired tags.

Somehow they are not going to believe it. They will continue to lay blame on the driver, who was not driving recklessly as the young lady stated. The mother in law made a miscalculation of the distance and that, sadly, cost her her life. Unfortunately, this is how hate and division can be manifest!!! The driver had a license and insurance (according to the police report) so some of the information regarding this incident is untrue and could very well be the cause of someone being falsely accused!!! I am truly sorry for your loss, but please don't continue with these erroneous statements about your loved one's loss.

I looked at images of the report on Townhall-- a conservative site. The ABC 6 story has neither images of the report nor a link to it and searches don't find the original at least easily. The 'investigation' was basically the cops asking the guy how fast he was driving and if he was distracted and taking his word for it that he was under the posted speed limit and . Images allegedly of the car, certainly seem to indicate he was going a lot faster than the 40 mph he claimed (speed limit was 45 but it was both dark and rainy, in my state at least rainy conditions *mandate* that you slow down). Interestingly there was a mother out with her child waiting for a schoolbus, which indicates the area was not one in which people should be driving even 40 miles an hour. There doesn't seem to have been any forensic work at all done on the crash to determine where the original impact was at least from what I was able to see. Sounds like *could be* lazy and/or overworked cops and prosecutors to me.

@mitchyoung93 I hear you. It could be laziness on the police or prosecutor's part. Nevertheless, someone lost their life and that is a tragedy!!! There should have been a more thorough investigation at any rate. It would not bring the lost lived one back, but it may give them a modicum of closure!!!
