I am happy to know that Port Kaituma is developing as an avant-garde city in Northwest Guyanese. Hopefully it will continue to strengthen in public services, education, health, housing plans, roads and bridges that connect them with other regions of Guyana.

Let us hope that the development of the infrastructure of Barima - Waini is a tangible reality and that bridges and paved roads are built to connect Region One with all of Guyana.
