Dr. Ailsa Sheldon at The Nelson Medical Practice in Great Yarmouth England did not extend my sick note because she was told to by Alexandra Wright from the Job Centre in Great Yarmouth - England. After that, I told my former doctor that I was no longer her patient. On a confidential basis. That's why I haven't had a family doctor since 25 April 2023. But everything related to this is written in my Universal Credit Journal in VIA Data. Just Double Check please !!! 🙁 🙁 🙁
