Basant Sir, I am Yogish a big fan of your videos. I had mentioned here a few days back that with low GDP, high inflation, low household savings, high unemployment and rural distress, Indian market looks highly overvalued. Broking companies funded TV analysts & Finfluencers are fooling Aam Admi, housewives and students - selling them Multi Beggar stocks every day. A steep correction in markets - especially high PE stocks with poor fundamentals might happen at anytime. Everyday I remember Basantji's golden words (1) Don't borrow to invest in stocks & never do F&O / day trading (2) Hold on to high quality stocks with secular growth in Private sector banks, consumer & IT (3) Invest for long term only if there is a steep correction in markets.

Sir I am a secular growth investor. Instead of having a concentrated portfolio of 4-5 stocks with 7-8 tail positions, isn't an equal weighted portfolio of 15 stocks with 6.5-7% allocation per stock better? Asking as a lot of times, then tail positions do well but due to their lower allocation, they don't move the portfolio significantly

Sir Kindly comment on results of Persistent and LTTS. Looking at IT Company results of Q1 results till date do you not think that the large cap IT is delivering more than expected and Mid Cap IT is delivering less than expected as the PE’s of Mid Caps are way more than the Large Cap IT Companies. Almost all Mid Cap companies under delivering and Large Cap companies managing to exceed the expectations, so what if by bare margin. Kindly put your views. Thanks.
