Not many people would watch this gem exactly like how we don't have many people at the top.

Fundamental question.. what's so special about Infosys products or services, there are several companies doing the same or better...now they are looking for someone who can take them for the next 60 years... the same business model of low cost work is not going to work from India in future, unless they take the product route by inventing new technologies,..since 20 years from now indian rupee will be the most valuable currency in the world due to our demographics and democracy...so you need a different style of thinking and management to survive and grow in the 21st century, perhaps Murthy may need to do unlearn and relearnability test 😄

This interview was insightful. It is a different world now, 40 years is a long time in IT than in any other industry, things change fast. With rising cost of living, wages, more inward looking countries & increasing automation, labor cost arbitrage is not the USP, we need something else. At least Nilekani was honest in saying that they don't have a plan-b, see how the market reacts tomorrow!!
