Chronic capitalists. Year 2008 starting salary for a fresh engineer 26 thousand per month. After 15 years, this salary has not changed when their company bus cost deductions have tripled. If investors and stock price is all what matter why not make them only work ? Rohan murthy showed up one day saying his salary is going to me 1 rupee. What a joke when he has so many stocks. These guys have crushed indian middle class and encashed hard work of desperate indian sucking all the commission from client dollars. Giving peanut salaries and snatching sudha murthy charity fund on top of it. Shame ! Showcased india as cheap labour bootlicking his western clients and forcing girls to do rangoli when clients visited india campuses

For murthy to say that daana shoora KARNA is his idol is a complete joke. He is a commission sucking chronic capitalist which is absolutely fine as long as he claims accordingly. He had all the resources to develop applications like SAP , Salesforce.. etc. Not just him every company like Wipro, TCS etc. they never invested in Innovation. They could have all collaborated and did something great. These companies have thousands of employees on Bench on a given day , they could have developed something free of cost. All these companies ran for just profits.. not with a vision for India. Those were just corporate goals.

My cousin in law worked for 15 years in infosys and died with sudden cardiac arrest in USA. And infosys HR told - infosys is not in the business of transporting dead bodies. And we had to contact NGO for body repatriation. Where is the empathy ?

Attrition rate in Infosys is all time high because Narayana Murthy is tight, misers hate spending money. There will be atleast one suicide in one of his campuses every year. A Bihari working in a restaurant in Kerala as a cleaner earns more than an engineering graduate who studied for 5 years and got a job in his company. Corporate greed is highest in Infosys.

Rohan has matured so much, and shows such a lot of restrained & modest class, a grooming that can only come from enlightened parents as NRN & SM M'am . Rohan must now push himself and launch himself into the higher strata of high end technology research and cutting edge manufacturing, an area where few would dare to dread. Most importantly, he has the robust financial muscle and it may be time to flex those, and get into current challenges that country is facing such as plunging into the sub 20NM semiconducting manufacturing space, or high end Drone manufacturing and training. All these goodies that the US/Europeans are giving us, is gong to require a very high calibre brainpower to manage the complexities of highly skilled human resources. The PM, EAM & NSA have done their diplomatic bit by managing to get in very very hi-tech weaponry, the Preadator drones the 5th gen Rafales, the Micron /Foxconn/Apple from the Americans, Europeans, Israelis & Russians. India is going to require very high quality human resources to manage & support these cutting edge tech purchases. It is enlightened & highly ethical entrepreneur billionaire tech tycoons such as NRN, Rohan, who have done it all and have billions of spare Uncle Sams along with the hi-quality intellectual resource to pilot & manage such projects. The Ambani, Adanis may have equal or more financial resx, bit honestly can't expect the next gen Anant, Aakash, Isha, or Karan & Jeet Adani children to take a dip in this space. They will always be Traders rather than technology managers. , It was an absolutely delightful interview to watch. Much regards & best wishes to both..

Blessed are those to get a wife like Mrs. Sudha mutthi, who extended full support whilst he resigned his job and informed his wife. The word... While i respect him for many things in his personality and his intentions ...the truth is the creation of infosys and therefore the revolution of IT industry in india has changed the fabric of indian society. Being a native of Bangalore i feel sad that my city has gone to dogs ...the culture in the middle class is dead becoz of loads of miney that the youth is earning . I can go on and on enumerating the damage this IT revolution has done to the society apart from the fact that people are able to lead more luxurious life ... But at what cost ??? I too have been a beneficiary of this revolurion but would still crave for old culture of our country where younger generation lived a modest life and dud not run away to foreign countries levsing behind aged parents. However , i continue to be proud ex employee of infosys when it was just 1000 emplyees and it was my priviledge that i was personally interviwed by NRN .
