The only point that I disagree on in this video is you calling him "Narayan Murthy Sir". Our culture is such that we respect our elders no matter what. But we need to realise that just because someone is more accomplished/older than you, doesn't mean he deserves your respect. Narayan Murthy ji lost all my respect for him in the last one year or so. Someone should point-blank ask him: - what does he think of the recent EY case? Is he not encouraging managers to push more pressure on the employees? - why does he not hire more part-time employees if he really has so much work that the existing employees are not able to finish in the stipulated 8-hr time? Why are so many people in Infosys on bench, why not employ them to finish off work that current employees are not able to finish in 8 hours? Also, notice how he made his last statement like 6 months back, then when the EY incident happened around June-July, he conveniently stayed silent and now,m when all have forgotten about the case(sadly), he has decided to make another statement.

Narayan Murti got technque to keep money with him and carry it with him after his death where he will give bribe to yamdut and get access to hevean, he is very much worried about his future , that is why he want to earn more money!!! I think starting our own IT consultancy business is the only solution by grouping up with good managers. Kab tak job switch marte rahenge this is a never ending loop. I dont mind working for 6 days a week, and total 84 hours per week as long as I am paid per hour basis. You give me per hour basis wages, I am ready to work 20 hours per day, 6 days a week.

He is gone senile, and his family needs to ensure he does not appear in public interviews!! While he worked for whatever hours and days, he built his empire and his employees raked up health // hospital bills. He needs to realise that he was building his company while the employee is not the same. He is paid for an 8hr day even if he slogs for 24 hrs unless the client pays for it. All the time sheets will reflect only 8hrs. And an inidividual who has gone through selection processs after few years is letgo because of their bad management and profitablity

sir how many holidays an IT professional get in the top MNCs after excluding the weekends ? And is it enough to go back to our home city to spend some time with our ageing parents because generally people stay far away in tier 1 cities

@@rohitnayak9952 it's not about crying ... everyone is not asking for leaves just because they need a vacation ...some people have old parents at home whom we have to take care off and that's the reason we ask for leaves . Most of the people working in the healthcare domain generally stay in their own cities but we don't have that privilege because we need to shift to bigger cities thus increasing the travelling time . Hum har weekends pe apne ghar nhi ja sakte isiliye thodi leaves nhi hone pe milne bhi nhi ja sakte . Before commenting anything first understand someone's personal problems then speak a word.

We should learn to consider normal daily activities as work... When we say work... It shouldn't be just 8 hrs work for making money. For eg. I do 1-2 hrs of gym in the morning 8 hrs of office. ... And 1-2 hrs work on my some side gigs or personal work. So I am working whole day... And technically everyone works all day... It just depends upon once defination of Work. I consider keeping my body healthy ... A work... I consider eating healthy as work... I will keep spending time with my family a work... and even getting a good sound sleep now a days is also a work in itself because of the stressful world's that we all are living in And I am just accountable to myself only... And my loved once.. And someone comes on internet and says ki Saturday Sunday bhi chutti mat lo😡
