Infosys Pragati (Cohort 4) New UPDATES !! Face Detection Problem ?

I have already completed 2 courses and 1 certification but still i got the mail from springboard that i am yet to meet the prerequisite learning criteria. Is anyone facing the same problem??

im facing same issue and i had sent a mail to them they said we have resolved the issue try again by clearing history and everything i tried 3 certifications but none of them is working

​@@fk_lyfMy issue is not resolved, But I have already did a certification but it's sometimes showing errors. But now I'm not able to do other certifications because of this issue. What about you? Have you done ?

@@CodeBytes_Official I am from cohort -3 I did 1 certification and 10+ courses but because of this issue I am not able to do one more now will i be invited to offline ?

@@fk_lyf As you have already did maybe they'll consider, but I don't know if they see that you have did that for cohort 3... possibly chances are there you will be invited... Have you mailed them? Do mail them about the issue

I have been registered for pragati cohort 4 and I have been done 5 course and no certification yet, before the EOD jan12 ,now I have been completed the certification course today (jan22) wil the course wil be considered or not in my selection process?

@@gayiii1911 It will be considered... because the dates are extended till Feb 2. Also, How you were able to do certification today? For me it shows face detection error still.. Could you say how you did that?

​@@CodeBytes_OfficialHey...it showed error to me also initially, I kept trying in different time periods...and also make sure that ur background is plain for easy face detection....I completed python foundation certification course shown in the video

I also faced issue during , certification test , so in my test after attending 2 question it got submitted on it's own , I have been trying my best to contact them.But all they are replying is to clear ur history and reattempt after 14 days .I didn't get the email of deadline 2 February what should I do?

@@firozalam-zc7cu Tomorrow (25 jan) they are doing a system update, it's visible in the site if you open. So let's hope that by tomorrow we can do certifications without any trouble.
