More than 15 % employee didnt get any hike letter at all, over 70% of workforce have got only 3 to 5 % hike, only 5% people got around 8 to 10 % hike and maybe 1% of people have got 10-12 % hike.

Hii i didn't got appraisal and also they are giving ratings as need to improve but I worked day and night and also my manager was a jerk he don't even understand person situations and was a dominating person.I changed my project asking my STG authority but as a result the manager along with STG authority took small reason as a big issue to stop my appraisal. will my ratings will create any impact on new project??

there are lot of conditions on that, employees who joined after 2021 Jan are not eligible for that hike. Now in 2024 also they did nt give hike till this date.
