*Mine actually has 1-9 temp settings? and a Zip on the side, not velcro, so I guess mine is a newer model maybe?* I got it on Monday, and did it 30 mins every day since so 3 days in a row. I will say, I do feel like it takes a while to really heat up and break a sweat. Ill pre-heat it for 25 min and stay in it for 35 min, and only start to break a sweat at the end. And its at max temp, which is 80 Celcius. Im covering the shoulder area with a blanket, and IM thinking im gonna place a heavy weighted blanket on top of the sauna blanket to press down on my body so theres less space for air and more heat quicker. They say to always palce a towel on top on the stones but I dont feel like the stones are hot enough for me since im already wearing a cotton long sleeve so im wondering if its fine without the towel. I kind of wondered if my unit wasnt working properly, I guess I expected to be ALOT more sweaty and hot than I was, but after 35 mins, the feeling of kind of euphoria it gives is quite nice and it does feel really good the longer you stay in. 60 Minutes max is a little low since I have to pre-heat it for a while so if i want to stay for 60 mins il have to restart the timer. Too early to tell if the 650$ price is worth it (CAnadian, with coupon), but so far Im still loving it. I wish it was heating faster honestly, but Im sure ill be able to maximize my heat after getting used to it. It was between this and the Red Light therapy, IM curious which one would give the best overall results.

Hello I also have an infrared blanket to buy LifePro and they recommend that you use a damp cloth to clean and then when it dries use a soft cloth also with some rubbing alcohol on it, just letting you know to give you a tip because I watched your video

Hi! I reviewed the LifePro site as well. The manual for Heat Healer specifically discourages using alcohol. Just offering a helpful observation as these blankets are an investment!

Why do clothes need to be worn? It would seem that it might block a small part of the infrared.

They recommend it if your skin is sensitive to heat!! I also find it makes it easier to cleanup the sweat 🤗

Is there room to lie with your knees raised? That would be more comfortable for me.
