I have had mine a month and a half and use for severe osteoarthritis in the knees daily. What a lifesaver for me, it gave me back my fluidity of my walk as some days I was almost crawling. I use 2 yoga blocks in the bottom to raise it off my feet as I am not so fond of the weighted feel on my feet and that has worked well for me! I also have the towel insert and love it. Sometimes if I am feeling to much heat on my chest I fold it down a bit as my main use is for my knees! Some of the best money I have ever spent! Love, Love it!

Having recently acquired a Hydragun infrared sauna, I am very satisfied with it so far, one time I used it for 30 minutes and it did not create a sweat reaction, but I chalk it up to my metabolism. I also got the fabric insert , which makes using and cleanup much easier!Wearing cotton tee and socks also helps. Very good to eliminate back aches. Looking forward to combining cold immersion with sauna to increase hormesis ( discomfort on one’s own terms) this winter as it is hard for me to heat my core without exhausting myself.

Great review, thank you! I'm so tempted! I can't find it stated anywhere that this is far as opposed to near infrared? I would assume it's far, but it certainly makes a difference. Would you be able to raise your knees in the blanket? I need to raise my knees a bit due to hip arthritis...

I live in Canada and have one along with the insert which you have to buy seperate. They are a great option to the traditional sauna. It depends on you if you find this expensive or not your personal choice/decision.

This seems awesome, but what about the very high Electromagnetic Field radiation from the electricity? I have test one and it is extremely high. So I returned it.

Hi Will , if we move 90 degree to the left/right, is it considered twisting or not? cos we cant always move straight need to move at angles some times. please advise Tx

It depends on the context but a 90 degree turn is considered a twist if the foot is planted.
