When i try to press a picture I've analyzed and generate any type of report, I lose my already saved spots for temperatures, and in the report I have to place all the spots,boxes and lines all over again. Why is this?

Is it possible to use the flir tools for reports , if using the E4 model? Also does the use of the flir tools comes free or its extra pay service?

The FLIR E4 will work with FLIR Tools. The basic version is free to download/install and will do your basic image analysis and report writing. www.flir.com/products/flir-tools/
