Ingenious and easy ❗ Excellent pastries for tea - 100% result!

Friends, today I decided to cook just amazing and tender pastries for tea!
Be sure to try to cook according to this recipe - repeat and your result will be 100%.
Ingredients:
Warm milk 240 ml.
2 teaspoons of sugar from the total amount of sugar (sugar 150 g.).
Dry yeast 10g.
Mix.
Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
Eggs 2 pcs.
residual sugar.
salt ½ teaspoon.
vanilla extract 2 teaspoons.
Melted butter 100g.
Mix well.
Sift 650 g flour.
I left 3-4 tablespoons of flour to sprinkle the table.
Add yeast mixture.
Add egg mixture with sugar.
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
The dough is very soft.
Sprinkle the table with flour and knead the dough on the table.
The dough will be very elastic.
Lubricate the bowl with vegetable oil.
Put the dough in a bowl and cover.
Bring to a warm place for 60 minutes.
While our dough is rising, let's work on the filling.
250 g ground poppy seeds.
150g powdered sugar.
8 grams of vanilla sugar.
250ml milk.
Cook over low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
Be sure to constantly stir the filling with a spoon.
This took about 10 minutes.
Let the filling cool down a bit.
You can grind the poppy seeds a little with a blender.
The filling will be much softer.
Add 50g butter.
Mix well.
Put the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin.
Repeat after me.
Using a pizza cutter, cut 4 strips of dough 1-2.5 cm wide out of the dough.
Make incisions in the dough.
Fold the dough as I show.
It's not hard, just follow me and you'll be fine!
Spread the filling over the dough.
Roll out the dough as I show.
Do the same for the other parts of the test.
Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and set in a warm place for 15 minutes.
egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Spread the bread with egg yolk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Brush with butter after baking.
Delicious filled bread!
Let the bread cool completely!
