My metal band has a song inspired by the music of this glorious composition. It's crazy to think that music made centuries ago still has influence on modern day music. The same goes for all classic pieces. This is what music is truly about. Raw emotion and grandiose composition.

I love this so. The classics are so great they can't ever be beaten my modernity. They have stood the test of time and will continue into the future when all else falls into darkness and is forgotten. Everything else is just "noise" when pitted against the likes of this and other classics. No comparison in my mind. Just my humble opinion.
