Ingo was originally a character in Pokemon Gen 30, but he keeps getting sent back in time. We just caught him in Gen 5 when he was an important character. Each time, he has a brother, and each time, he moves to his next temporal twin brother. Once he hits gen 1, he resets and goes back through the loop again.
