To all the Sharmas, Varmas, and Singhs commenting.. learn about the Munkar Act of Goa. Then you will understand who is an illegal occupants. Munkars are people who payed for the land but sale deed was not done in old days. Some people have proof of sale but some don't .but no one can kick them out from the place and if the owner has to sell the land he is bound to give 300 m2 of land to the Munkars where they have built the house. Also, if Munkar dont have proof of sale of land, they are eligible to buy the land first rather than third party that too with less than market price.
