Fly fishing is the most calming, centering thing I have ever done....and tying your own flies to do it is right up your alley. You looked really relaxed ,and happy.....Montana will claim your heart...there is no place on earth quite like it.

Going back in the summer is an absolute must! The hikes, the wild flowers and the lakes are so beautiful and vibrant in the summer. I love this video because it sheds a beautiful light on Montana. People can be so quick to judge the state, as a place for "hicks" or uneducated people. It's really a beautiful state, with so many lovely people who share the love of nature and peace and quiet!

I was born in Montana so I would feel very offended by that haha people can be stereotypical sometimes though but it seems amazing just by the stories my mother tells me and I'm a little bummed that I didn't get to live in Montana for me to actually experience living there

This trip looked AMAZING! I can't help but notice people bashing or hurt in the comments over Ingrid's choice of attire. Understand that not everyone will abide by YOUR ideals. People can wear/eat whatever they want. It's the condemning, judgmental, rude, and pushy comments that push people farthest away from getting on board with you. How can you care about, and stand up for animals, yet turn around to be rude to humans? Live your life how you choose, and let others be. Signed, a vegetarian.

I just spent the day hiking in the mountains of western North Carolina and just enjoying the amazing beauty nature has to offer. Since I was outside, I started to think about the summers I used to spend in Montana with my grandparents. I feel like this is my sign that I need to go to Montana.

Big Sky is literally my favorite place in the entire world! You have not LIVED until you've been snowboarding/skiing there. It's the biggest stress relief and adrenaline high I've ever experienced. I haven't missed a winter snowboarding there in 7 years!

I live in Calgary which is right next to the mountains, and I am so grateful to be able to do stuff like this if I want to. Like the mountains are about an hours drive away and I've done all sorts of things there. Skiing, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and even camping out there with my friends for 2 nights. The mountains are an incredible place and I'm so glad you got to experience that.

Ah, Montana is life! We live in whitefish and everyday I feel so blessed to live in such a pristine place. I feel like life is actually lived and enjoyed here to a degree I've never experienced elsewhere. Glad you got to enjoy some of what our wonderful state has to offer!
