Great video, but I desperately need to see where and how the probe was positioned at the time of scanning. Thank you.

HOW DO YOU SCAN UMBILICAL REGION FOR HERNA BECAUSE OF MASKING BY INTENSE SHADOWING at the umbilicus. Even if you add large quantities of gel the findings are misleading.

I have a .2 cm inguinal hernia in my left side (female) - I’m assuming it likely doesn’t need surgery at this point. It isn’t causing me any issues at the moment.

hello, I had open surgery for a right inguinal hernia (lihtenstein) 14 months ago. After the surgery, the erectil dysfunction problem started. There is swelling in the area where the mesh is placed and towards the penis and there is a pressure situation that prevents me during erection. After excluding all the factors that may cause the problem (blood Tests, testosterone, etc., I had no problems until the day of surgery) I saw many doctors, but their knowledge is insufficient. They only tell me what they have memorized. I started doing research. I found possible possibilities. 1. The erection nerve on the right may have been damaged during the operation.2 .In spinal anesthesia, the nerve that can affect the erection may be damaged. 3. The patch may have slipped towards the penis or may have been placed incorrectly at the beginning (this was confirmed by a urologist with an examination 4. Post-operative scar and fibrosis tissue in the region may be pressing on the veins and nerves of the erection (and when will it heal?) I don't know. Can you give me an idea?
