In a stunning own goal that has pushed the Congress on the backfoot, senior party leader Sam Pitroda today stoked the debate over the BJP's allegations that the Congress is planning a redistribution of wealth. Mr Pitroda's example of an inheritance tax in the US added fuel to the fire that the Congress has been trying to douse.

You posses massive advantage to extract wealth from the people. The people living in the society are your consumers either directly or indirectly. So after you reached this super status you can follow socialist principles help the people in need to reach a better position in life. That is what Gandiji Suggests. But no ones gonna do that in todays world, they are only gonna see ways to further climb in the ladder forever and ever. This will make the rich richer and the poor will stay right there. This is real data from 2017: 73% of the wealth generated in 2017 went to the richest 1%, while 670 million Indians who comprise the poorest half of the population saw only a 1% increase in their wealth. Why is this the case? To avoid this sort of inequality that prevents the entire nation from proliferating, either more taxes are levied on the super rich or other taxes like, carbon tax, inheritance tax, monopoly charges, are levied, or some wealth redistribution schemes. If you have a few crores of property or wealth you don't have to worry abt this at all. If you are super rich you still don't have to worry, this is how its meant to be. You will still be immensely rich than the normal population even after these are charged.

Congress was ruling our country from 1952 to 1977 uninterrupted and again after 1980 onwards for two terms and again for 10 years from 2004 to 2014. What that did for SC,ST, OBC and Muslim communities? How many schools, colleges, and hospitals they started during this period especially in Hindi belt. Blindly these communities voted for Congress and they were exploited. Come down to south below of Vindhya range. In 1969 free education,and midday lunch were provided by K. Kamaraj, a Congress Chief Minister. Why these schemes were not implemented in the entire country by other Congress Chief ministers? Afterwards in south especially in Kerala and Tamilnadu they gave importance to health, universal education.We see the social progress of these marginal communities through education and good health care. It is very unfortunate that Congress and its leaders try to divide the communities on the basis of religion. Why Congress as a ruling party in many states have not initiated educational and health care programmes. They want to keep these people illiterate and ignorant so they can be exploited at the time of election. What a shame?
