When they released on KOTR Vol. 5, I checked out more of their discography because It was something interesting I'd seldom heard. I still think their stuff is objectively interesting, regardless of how much of a joke the alias is supposed to be. Deserved the Disciple release I reckon. 👍

This is the Flying Spaghetti Monster of dubstep. I love that most of the dubstep community has come together to collectively pretend that this music is high quality, and that such and such track is amazing while such and such track is okay, etc. Like at the end of the video saying that the last track was actually bad quality compared to the others. However, it does not play as well when you feel the need to say "actually", "no joke", "not gonna lie", "SERIOUSLY, this is my favorite [insert subgenre]" before every praise you give.

@@yxngthugger1561 See, that is the problem right there. You cannot go defensive on the joke preemptively. If you do not say "actually, no joke, seriously, etc." it plays much better. When you use those qualifiers, it implies that what you are saying is a joke: "I know it seems like a joke, but..." rather than: "Damn Loompaskettee makes music that is earlobe-lickin' good." I know your comment is four months old but I just read it now and it was too ironic for me to not to call it out.
