In Thyroid surgery Nerve damage Q. Ligating Superior thyroid vessels can cause damage to external laryngeal nerve. ELN supply Cricothyroid, which is tensor of vocal cord. So it will coz loss of tension so hoarseness, then how is that ans.

I think mannitol should be the answer as GCS is 10 , with nausea and vomiting suggesting of increased ICP, so immediate next best step would be to decrease the ICP by giving mannitol
