After these steps the modem will get correct voltage and ampere. Then your modem will be safe. Otherwise your modem will damage with in few months or weeks.

ഇങ്ങനെ ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്യാൻ 2 കാരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് 1) 3.7v ബാറ്ററി 3 എണ്ണം BMS വഴി Seies ആയി കണക്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ പരമാവധി ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് 11.1v to 11.4 വരെയാണ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുക, ഒരു വോൾട്ടേജ് റെഗുലേഷൾ അവിടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ 10.7v വരെ ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് താഴ്ന്നു പോകാറുണ്ട് , അതും ഞാൻ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കിയതാണ് എന്നാൽ 3.7v ബാറ്ററി 2 എണ്ണം പാരലൽ ആയി കണക്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ കപ്പാസിറ്റി 2200mAh ൽ നിന്നും 4400mAh ആയി ഉയരും, കൂടാതെ ബാറ്ററി ചാർജ് അൽപ്പം കുറഞ്ഞു പോയാലും Boost Module കൃത്യമായി ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് വോൾട്ടേജ് നിലനിർത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകും. എന്നാൽ 3s BMS മാത്രമാണെങ്കിൽ ഇത് സാധ്യമാകില്ല 2) ചില മോഡം 5v, 9v ൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുന്ന മോഡലും ഉണ്ട്, അപ്പോഴും ഒരു Voltage Adjustment Flexibility ഈ സർക്യൂട്ടിനു നൽകാൻ സാധിക്കും അത്കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ ഡിസൈൻ തന്നെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്, താങ്കൾ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച BMS ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള ഡിസൈൻ വളരെ ലളിതമാണ്, 12v അത്ര critical അല്ലാത്ത ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, Eg Motor driver, Amplifiers etc .... Lithium ion battery cc cv method ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ചാർജ് ചെയ്യണം. അതിനു dedicated ചാർജിംഗ് boards ഉപയോഗിക്കണം, അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാറ്ററി ക്ക് ഡേഞ്ചർ ആണ്. മാത്രമല്ല 3S lithium ion battery pack ഫുൾ ചാർജ് ആവുമ്പോൾ 12.6V ഉണ്ടാവും. അപ്പോ അത് ഫുൾ ചാർജ് ആവണമെങ്കിൽ 12.6V or അതിനു മുകളിൽ ചാർജിങ് വോൾട്ടേജ് കൊടുക്കണം. സിംപിൾ ആയി 3S ബാറ്ററി pack ചെയ്യാൻ XL4015 ic ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള CC CV മൊഡ്യൂൾ വാങ്ങാൻ കിട്ടും, അതിൽ കറൻ്റ്ും വോൾട്ടേജും adjust ചെയ്ത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, videos youtube ഇൽ ഉണ്ട്. The drop from 4.2 to 11.1 is a long way considering the low current consumption of such modems so, isn't gonna give us a considerable backup? I'm not an expert in all of this, I'm just sayin, what's your opinion?

എന്തു കാര്യം?! സിസിടിവി, മോഡം എല്ലാം ഉള്ളവന് ഒരു UPS വെച്ചാൽ പോരെ? ഈ ബാറ്ററി വെച്ചുള്ള സാധനംതന്നെ കിട്ടും വലിയ വില ഇല്ലാതെ. ഇനി താങ്കൾ ഈ എല്ലാ ബോർഡും കോമൺ ബോർഡിൽ ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് ഉള്ള വീഡിയോ ആണേൽ, പിന്നെയും ഒരു രസം ഉണ്ട്. ഇതിപ്പോൾ മാർക്കറ്റിൽ കിട്ടുന്ന നാല് ബോർഡ് വാങ്ങി തമ്മിൽ കണക്ട് ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ട് പ്രവർത്തിപ്പിക്കാൻ എന്തു പ്രയാസം? പിന്നെ 12 V കിട്ടാൻ 3S BMS ഉണ്ടേൽ കാര്യം ഇച്ചിരി കൂടെ എളുപ്പം. NB: Lithium ion ബാറ്ററി സോൾഡർ ചെയ്യരുത്. അത് വളരെ അപകടകരം ആണ്. വളരെ കുറച്ച് സമയം മാത്രമേ ചൂടിനോട് പ്രതികരിക്കാതെ ഇരിക്കുക ഉള്ളൂ. ആദ്യമായി ഈ ബാറ്ററി കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവരുടെ കാര്യം പോകും. അറിയാത്ത ആൾ കൂടുതൽ നേരം സോളിയറിങ് അയൺ കുത്തി പിടിച്ചാൽ നല്ല ഒരു ബോംബ് പൊട്ടുന്നത് കാണാം. 😅

ഇങ്ങനെ ഡിസൈൻ ചെയ്യാൻ 2 കാരണങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് 1) 3.7v ബാറ്ററി 3 എണ്ണം BMS വഴി Seies ആയി കണക്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ പരമാവധി ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് 11.1v to 11.4 വരെയാണ് ലഭ്യമാക്കുക, ഒരു വോൾട്ടേജ് റെഗുലേഷൾ അവിടെ ഇല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ ചിലപ്പോൾ 10.7v വരെ ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് താഴ്ന്നു പോകാറുണ്ട് , അതും ഞാൻ പരീക്ഷിച്ചു നോക്കിയതാണ് എന്നാൽ 3.7v ബാറ്ററി 2 എണ്ണം പാരലൽ ആയി കണക്റ്റ് ചെയ്താൽ കപ്പാസിറ്റി 2200mAh ൽ നിന്നും 4400mAh ആയി ഉയരും, കൂടാതെ ബാറ്ററി ചാർജ് അൽപ്പം കുറഞ്ഞു പോയാലും Boost Module കൃത്യമായി ഔട്ട്പുട്ട് വോൾട്ടേജ് നിലനിർത്താൻ ശ്രമിക്കുകും. എന്നാൽ 3s BMS മാത്രമാണെങ്കിൽ ഇത് സാധ്യമാകില്ല 2) ചില മോഡം 5v, 9v ൽ പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുന്ന മോഡലും ഉണ്ട്, അപ്പോഴും ഒരു Voltage Adjustment Flexibility ഈ സർക്യൂട്ടിനു നൽകാൻ സാധിക്കും അത്കൊണ്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഈ ഡിസൈൻ തന്നെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തത്, താങ്കൾ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച BMS ഉപയോഗിച്ചുള്ള ഡിസൈൻ വളരെ ലളിതമാണ്, 12v അത്ര critical അല്ലാത്ത ആവശ്യങ്ങൾക്ക് അത് ഉപയോഗിക്കാം, Eg Motor driver, Amplifiers etc .... I Agree with battery overheating issue with soldering, Spot welding is best option, otherwise use medium temperature soldering in a short time Thanks for posting your suggestion ❤
