Thanks Rijo , I tried this app 2 weeks ago. It's very nice. Easy to make the tracks. I had a doubt, I need to mix the Chorus portion with the instrumental track. Is there any option for that?

For that you have to take the karaoke and original to any multi track audio editing software, add both to each tracks and remove everything except the chorus portion from the original and add it to the karaoke and take out
