Easy milk pudding in 3 different tastes and colors
As many of my viewers ( Ayeshas kitchen viewers) are requested for a simple and very easy pudding recipe with very less ingredients, am here sharing this simple yummy pudding for you all. Actually am rushing to share as many as pudding recipes with you all as majority my viewers loves sweets recipes only. Usually agar agar or china grass, gelatin, cornflour, custard powder are used for setting any puddings. For a firm textured pudding we have to use china grass/ agar agar or gelatin. Chinagrass is a plant product and is purely veg . So i prefer using chinagrass instead of gelatin which is an animal product ( now veg gelatin is also available ). Agar agar ( chinagrass ) is the vegetarian substitution of gelatin. For making a luscious pudding the amount of chinagrass or agar agar is crucial. Here in this pudding if u use more chinagrass , then this pudding texture will be like jello or jelly. For party or any functions, such jello textured pudding is great but taste wise, i prefer firm but creamy puddings.
For this simple milk pudding, i have uses different flavored and colored essences like badam essence, strawberry essence, pista essence etc..These essences are easily available in Kerala. This yummy pudding is a common pudding recipe especially for any parties or any functions. It is very easy to make this pudding and looks very attractive and inviting. With very less ingredients you can make luscious pudding without any mess.

Ingredients
Milk - 2.5 cups
Sweetened condensed milk - half a cup
Sugar - quarter a cup
Pista essence, strawberry essence, badam essence as required
Chinagrass or agar agar - 8 gms
For decoration i have used pistachios sliced, badam slices, chopped cherries, sweet coconut mixture.
