Visited this island in 2003 by sail boat with my 6 yr old son, Killian and our King Charles spaniel dog, 'Prince'. A memorable experience! Beautiful island with huge historical significance. I notice in this video, made in 2019, that the houses of the most recent islanders have disintegrated significantly since we were there. That's nature taking its course. Long may this beautiful place preserve!

Years ago when Rodney Lomax was still kicking around some of my family camped on the island while 2 of us kept the wee boat we came in within the little natural harbour. I remember the seagulls screaming what it sounded like the names of my cousins and what I am sure was the word help. I remember the midgets making a good meal out of me and I remember walking around the island picking up any driftwood for a small fire that night saying the only French I could at the time - je suis une saucisson. Good times seeing the history of the place above water and under water too. A wonderful island.

Class video why am I only seeing this now. I'm so glad that I got to get over to it before the stupid government or whatever stopped boats going over on health and safety grounds.
