Just a quick showing of the new vibe bowl... We're not happy with the primer movement, so we'll be calling the manufacturer to discuss a polished bowl.
Once we get a smooth operating bowl, we'll have to machine in the gating to make sure primers are fed in the proper orientation, and then mate it to the Dillon 1050 press.

Whats the final purpose to auto feed the press so you dont have to do the tubes?

For commercial ammunition loaders with high speed auto-drives. We have customers priming brass at 3800+ rounds per hour.

Holy hell! How do you get an accurate powder charge at that speed?

@@beachboardfan9544 The speed of primer delivery has nothing to do with the press speed. The bowl's job is to keep the press fed, nothing more.

Yea I get that, still just crazy fast, is it a camdex type of machine or are you guys pushing dillions that fast?

@@beachboardfan9544 We have customers that are dedicating 1050s as priming machines. With the stock priming linkage, they are priming at 3800-4000 per hour. We are in the process of redesigning the priming mechanism to provide less issues and more performance.
