i went from consistent 1:20-1:30 to 1:00-1:10 adding bloat inside my living death rotation that i did from pvme. i’d say it helped a lot

I stay away from bloat during Rasial until living death and last death skulls fires and death skulls cooldown goes from 12 seconds to a minute. I am pretty much hitting phase 4 at this point and bloat is just a nice thing to hit Rasial with either right before he goes up on the platform, or better yet, after he is up there and his little immune state is over. I purposely stay away from bloat during living death, for the obvious adrenaline preservation. With death skulls being ready every 12 seconds, you want to make sure your adrenaline is ready at 60 every 12 seconds so you can keep the death skulls cycle cycling at maximum efficiency.

Note: For ring of death, you said that the first passive is being teleported out, but they've changed it to make it so you revive at full hp with a DoT debuff

It's worth using it in living death because you can get 3 skulls in living death regardless, replace one of your fingers with an auto, and use split soul -> bloat after your second skulls in LD.

I use it on the last phase of rasial. Most of the time split soul is still on CD though but if its a longer kill i try to life transfer to keep my ghost up, activate split soul and bloat then death skulls t 90 spec and then volley of souls and he is usually dead

Starfield dropped.. soo i barely been playing RS. i used ROD since it released it is the best necro ring i got. and i still feel like Necro sucks adrenalin like crazy. imo it needs a adren gain buff or commands need a reduce in cast cost. YES command ghost is good but 70 is pretty damn high

I have never been less motivated for rs3. Necromancy was a fantastic win for jagex. Then they just reminded everyone that mtx is their core value and nothing has changed. How a company can be this oit of touch with their playerbase, is beyond me. The Gower brothers must be pissed off to see their life work turn into a chinese mobile game. Off to play private servers and other mmos again, jagex just do not have the right mindset to continue running this game and remain in good faith with the players.

They are forcing you to participate with it though, every time you make progress the game makes sure to tell you. You can't turn it off, you can't NOT progress it. Also, this ''you don't have to spend on it'' excuse is so bad. It isn't about spending on something or not, it is about the fact that it is BAD for the game in general. If they added renting t99 weapons to the game, and people got mad about it. Would you just say ''just don't buy it then duh''?

I'm struggling with the amount of damage I take. Dps is fine but I'm clearing through food like never before. Is that just standard with necro? I honestly used to just afk mage with crypt and animate dead and soulspkit = no food. If not, any tips for reducing damage that aren't stupid hellhound/ blood reaver which just die in less than a minute without prisms? Aegis is a waste of an aura slot and I'm using 3x deathwarden and 2x first necro gear for the set bonuses. Thanks init ❤

Just use hellhound/Reaver with prism. There's no reason not too, tbh. But, make sure you're keeping up your shadow (I forgot the name? The Dodge chance incantation)

Your problem might be overeating. With crypt you don't take any damage but with necro you'll take damage but should hopefully be able to heal back to the point where you are before or higher. Most of the time it's not worth it to heal above 50% health. Also worth noting that you should be using the ghost at all times which also will heal you

@@RandomGamer9 This too, if your DPS is good you should not struggle with your health. Crypt made it so DPS was not as important but you can't just AFK and expect good results with Necro, it's not built that way

I agree the ghost command is worth it the problem though is it costs 30% to sumon ghost + the 70% for command ability

You do it before you enter combat for 0% adren cost. Pre cast it!

I'm new to Runescape, level 7 I think. This doesn't feel like Beginner Tips, more like end game tips. I'm overwhelmed by the amount of UI buttons and information on your screen as a new player and am just trying to learn how to play Necro as I've read that's the only class worth playing, which upsets me as I'd love to play as a ranger.

A little context, although I'm sure you either figured stuff out by now or quit, but these are more like tips for beginner endgamers. Heavy emphasis on bossing. Ranged is still pretty powerful, and the combat rework brought it up a lot. Before necro, ranged was def my main.

Incase you didn't hear, they announced changes removing the major issues with the hero pass and have already implemented some. Then will redesign it. Looks like it will be majority cosmetic only :)
