my cat died from this 2 years ago. There was no cure, and we went to so many doctors. He ended up having lots of seizures, and we had to put him down for his own good. I’m glad there is a cure, but it’s so upsetting to know there has been a cure all this time R.I.P Kobi ❤️

My mom had a cat who died from FIP. She said it was one of the saddest things she’s ever seen, because he cat was purring as she died as a coping mechanism. I’m so glad there’s a cure now, even if it’s technically illegal right now.

You must rub that injection area very well for at least 10 sec so that the dense fip medicine GS will spread better and faster. If not it might stay as a bump. You cannot just inject and leave like other medicine.

I think no one is talking about it because she said this medicine just hasn’t been approved yet, probably because possible safety issues with cats. Approval with the FDA can take forever and these cats can’t wait that long and might end up dying, and there’s not better alternative. This drug is only illegal because its company hasn’t released it yet, not because it’s extremely dangerous for people. It’s cat medicine, not cocaine, so I think it’ll be okay.

Does it matter? Cats die of FIP. She saved James’ life with that medication. I don’t care how she got it except it pisses me off that it’s illegal. It should be widely available.
