Getting more familiar with HScope. The Martin Loren fuse loops are a super deal at 18 dollars. #oscilloscope

Hscope is legit! Absolutely love it. Great presets and features for the money.

I think you can set a trigger to find those inconsistencies whithout having to scroll through all that data. Also, theres an overlay feature that shows what cylinder is in what part of the stroke.The old guy from Canada does a great job demonstrating these features. I also have that HS scope, still learning too.

Ya, that was a learning experience for sure. I couldn't find the gear wheel that changes the rulers to 720. I noticed if you touch anywhere on the screen, it hides itself. Naturally, I was pushing things like double clicking and such to try to find them. Answer is simple now, don't hit anything but the gear,lol. About the trigger, does the trigger set up from scope mode stay set when you switch to automotive? I was not sure if it was ,or if it went to auto trigger? I am happy so far with hscope, new features keep coming too. Now I see you can move both rulers at once. Thanks for the tip!

The nice thing about the aes ones they have voltage tabs and you can take current
@manelishi1314 күн бұрын
I did notice that on the aes, these the price for the set was too good to pass on. I imagine a voltage tap would be simple to add on. Those fuse buddy's are ever more useless, I think my 97 boogie van is the only vehicle I've been able to fit them in recently. Aes does make some great products that stand up to daily use, hard to find items as well. I picked these up for 12 bucks for 5 and no extra shipping. Never thought about adding a volt tap, until now!

I also have the 1008c, it would be interesting to see how it compares with the Hscope
@manelishi1329 күн бұрын
The 1008c works with HScope, it's free for 1 channel and 25 dollars for a license and automotive module that has the phase rulers and cylinder overlay. It's much better than the hantek software, plus you get to use an android tablet with the 1008c and be able to log data. Only draw is hscope will only run 4 channels. Not a deal breaker because I never need more than 4. Also has a multi meter that can log for 24 hours with the hantek. Great for battery drains. HScope really perks up the hantek and gives an easier interface. Plus, you can use an android phone to power the hantek and use the software right on the phone!

How much is that little scope? Can you buy it without the tablet? You have a link to where you got yours from
@manelishi1326 күн бұрын
95 dollars at www.martinloren.com/hscope/ he had a few 512s available as of last week. Yes you use your own android tablet or phone. No need to buy anything but the scope.

What tablet is that and where can I get one. And info would be greatly appreciated
@manelishi1323 күн бұрын
Hi, the tablet is a Samsung s6. The software is HScope that runs on any Android. You can download it for free from the app store. You can even run it on demo without a scope attached. The automotive module is around 25 dollars for the scopes it supports. It gives budget scopes some of the features of higher end scopes,especially the ability to log so much data
