Very Informative but I do have a question with which I hope you will provide an answer. My question is what injunctive relief is there against the judiciary whose contempt orders Violate anyone's fundamental rights if indeed the judiciary duty is interpreting laws not making them. It seem to me there should be a bright line rule first established from the Congress to establish a contempt order constitutional. Other wise judges can make up any order they wish and order contempt for failure to comply with it. Thank you for any answers you may provide.

Before i continued my relationship with my ex and let her move in i explained to her i did not want to bring a child into this world unless she was comitted and she assured me that if we had a child that she would remain comitted for the best interest of the child. And then she began sleeping with my brother while i was at work and she finally told me after we had a son and wow i was so shocked and well she said it was a mistake bla bla bla it would never happen again. And it happened again and she left me alone with our son and i dont have a babysitter or family member to watch our child so i lost my job and am stuck at home i then let her family know i was going to put her on child support and i got a call from her saying she put an injuction on me and that i better not put her on cs or contact anyone she knows or she will have me arrested so yeah this bitch is slick so what can i do???
