She always demonstrated that you don’t need all 5 senses to be a Great Gladiator, and more importantly a Great Role Model. She’ll always be along the Greats, as long as we keep her memory alive.

Carlton Fluker was amazing getting tower out of the Conquer Ring in Breakthrough and Conquer. Also, Carlton Fluker was very fast in the Men's Eliminator.

Diamond is the least flaccid Gladiator, but they put her in Skytrack, the most flaccid event.

I wonder if they should have changed bungees for the female category. It’s obvious the resistance is optimized for something like 160lb-200lb. It doesn’t make for much of a game when no one is heavy enough. It’s like that in like 80% of the female runs. The men who are on the small side run the same problem. I think the best solution would be for everyone to be using the bungee gauge suited to their weight. It brings the game back to being purely skill and endurance.

Some of these gladiators just go for the head in Powerball and Conquer. You can tell they never wrestled or tackled anyone before. It would've been nice if someone trained the gladiators how to do clean tackles and takedowns. Maybe would have been a faster safer game. Carolyn Dean though! That meniscus is gone, but not the will to win, holy crap!
