Thank you for covering this Michael I think this can get pretty big because Lane is still knee deep in charges and several lawsuits with Pima County, City of Tucson and the mayor of Tucson Gina Romero. If they don’t settle/drop charges, it could end up being a pretty big scandal

How much protein do you consume a day? If you were a strongman competitor I would say 1.5 grams per pound of body weight. Unless you are in a competitive scenario I would not consume more than .5 grams per pound of body weight a day. Once you start closing in on 100 grams a day, several things happen. Your wallet gets lighter, your plumbing gets more action, and your body has to make more decisions. Has to decide if it can use it, discharge it, or turn it into something else - calcium deposits aka stones, fats/sugars and muffin effect. HUA!

I told them in their live chat that you have to really believe the defamation was true. Also, if the accusations stem from a small amount of truth, he's good. If, he merely defamed, for embarrassment, for views, or etc.. I told them content matters. He also needs not to prove damages if the defamation was a crime or disease. I read the petition. It's worded in exact counter to any defense. Causing harm need not be proven if the defamation is egregious, that any reasonable person would believe the damages is assumed based on egregious magnitude. Such as saying the mayor has aids, knowing he don't, there's the malice and egregious acts. It is very similar to this situation. The two of them called me names and said I was dumb. Then others also joined in with criticism. Actually happened before with his channel. Unfortunately, I know exactly what I'm saying. Two factors may help. Judge is a public figure, higher threshold. Some truth to the defamation that is actually defamation. However, public figures can be damaged to defamation if it's egregious or outrageous. Calling someone a liar is not factual, so it won't survive. Calling someone a rapist is factual, not opinion. If former employer said "A bad worker, no problem, he's a thief, problem. Love lanes drive and misguided rocket of passion, but unless they prove he was taken somewhat unlawfully, the judge has a case.

This is a blatant violation of the First Amendment not to mention the fact that even a failed KZbin lawyer like myself knows that a judge cannot bring a defamation action against someone that has an opinion on the job that he is doing as a government employee even if that opinion is completely false and erroneous.

Get either calve sleeves or compression socks. I prefer the sleeves because I don’t like the toes being pressed together. I’m wearing my sleeves around the house right now cause my left calve muscle cramped up on a run with my doodle. The relief the sleeves provide if the correct compression is real.
