Doesn't include non-tournament legal Abilities hidden in Lootboxes since... they are hidden in Lootboxes! Bane isn't a character I find very interesting (even though he's a very competent Batman villain). But man, he's really really fun and easy to play. For example, he can turn his combos into throws. He's really quick for a buff grappler character, too.
The Injustice games have been turned into a series of comics and recently, an animated movie.

Bane's circle attack buffs his attack power and makes him unable to be staggered, which stacks up to three times. Once his buff runs out, he's nerfed for some time. Bane is a Batman villain who was hardened in a rough prison, where the drug venom was tested on him. Venom makes him stronger, but not taking it weakens his body. He isn't just a buff brute, but a smart villain who manages to break Batman (literally, in Knightfall) several times. Also, he killed Alfred.
