Deepak Malik I still do not understand. Who is really going to voice him? Wikipedia confirms it is Eric Bauza (who was Amadeus Cho in Ultimate Spider-Man) and a VO video of the game says it is Jeffrey Combs (the Leader in Avengers: EHM).

It's not even close. Brainiac is far more powerful than Ultron. He destroyed dozens of civilizations throughout the universe and took their knowledge. He's far more advanced than Ultron. Remember, Ultron is an A.I. created on Earth while Brainiac is the smartest Coluan, one of the smartest species in the DC Universe. Brainiac would STOMP Ultron and take his knowledge too, if he had anything that would be useful to Brainiac.
