I still this is one of the coolest characters and Sonic made him even better. Funny nobody would use him and he was considered trash until SonicFox made him unbeatable n then they had to nerf him. People would them say he was broken but he wasn't ever broken Sonic just used him exactly the way he should have been used. Nobody was thinking of only coding to use level 2 abilities and nobody was almost always choosing to reloading his guns ability to level 2 instead of getting more damage and bigger combos. Nobody was using him as a set up character like he did. So many unique ways that he chose to play him that made him so great. It was the player who made him that great.
