Arul Gupta She doesn't have zoning options though. I notice Sonicfox always goes to characters that have options in every playstyle. Captain Cold and The Joker are more like his style. He's not gonna main darkseid though, too slow up close.

Yea, zoning seems to be major. Checkout out the Poison Ivy pro play, she is a HEAVY zoner. Thankfully there is a balance in the combat system, characters can do an advanced roll that rushes down the opponent, at the cost of some special bar. Robin looks to be a good balanced zoner and heavy rushdown. He might be yo guy.

I have found an issue with cheetah and the injustice combo system. doing f1,2 special cancel into db2 sometimes does the db1 special move instead, I don't know if it is just me pressing the inputs to quick but i have tried in practice, watched the inputs, which are all correct, only 1 1press and it still does it sometimes.

obviously have all of that off already. If I put input shortcuts on, it happens more frequently too. what I assume the issue is, is that injustice 2 is kind of noob friendly when it comes to combos. for example, if you jump in and just bash 1,2,3 together you will do a combo, or that you can jump in and do the inputs to a combo before you have even hit the opponent. so in the same way it is noob friendly with direction inputs, pressing 1,2 db2 quickly, sometimes sees that at 1,2 db1. it would be the same if you tapped 1,1 and then db, it would do the 1,1 db1 combo, without the 3rd 1 press. cheetah isnt the only char I have notices stuff like this happening, just with her, her inputs are so quick it happens frequently, drops the combo and is punishable

You have a Poison Ivy avatar. She's a zoning character. In any case, no, zoning is not for cowards. It is just a different strategy/playstyle. Just because someone is running away and controlling space does not make them a coward because if someone gets in once on a zoner, it can be lights out. If anything, it's scarier to play a zoner than a rushdown character, because you have to chip the opponent out to win while they just have to get in and mix.
