Justin Neves That'd take tons of visual changes, with all Swamp Thing's grass/plant related moves, but if they were all replaced with clay I think this would be the coolest skin yet!!! I'm really glad they started introducing these skins. Gives some hope for fans of rejected characters, and the amount of effort they put into the skins makes them feel legit. Personally hoping they introduce a Killer Croc skin for Bane or something!!

I've been maining Swamp Thing for a while but this video taught me a lot I didn't figure to do! Thanks! P.S. Playing Swamp Thing from a range seems to be pretty impossible. Could you maybe teach on how to close in when a Deadshot is spamming wrist cannon? All his range attacks are too slow to trade with the wrist cannon, and even my meter burn roll always gets punished during its vulnerable start-up frames.

EnerGForce exactly my point, I've played the match up so many times, the only options are to slowly walk in everytime you duck the shots and use your f2 string as soon as you are close enough, or pick someone completely different. Swamp thing has no chance against such a strong zoner, even patience doesn't work as Deadshot gets rewarded with meter when you block his mb low rifle

Yeah I never knew the effects of the trait since I never really tried it. Loved learning about it here, but I still figure it'd be pretty difficult to land that set-up into the trait in time.

EnerGForce the most effective way to cancel into it is a d2 corner combo ender. It rarely happens but when it does, it's hard for them to get out

I'm nowhere near pro level, i could get some good combos with swamp thing but he is not my playstyle. I was doing the weekly multiverse boss yesterday and died 40 times to poison ivy, she is so fast compared to him, the only way I could attack her was d1 or 1,1 then combo from that. His trait imo is one of the most useless in the game, it was useful in the corner but useless mid screen and 1 hit takes it away. I was glad to get the teleport ability
